Kolkata Knight Riders buys Marchant de Lange at $50,000

IPL Player Auction 2012 at Mysore Hall, Bangalore was full of suspense and surprises. One of them is of Marchant de Lange who will play for Kolkata Knight Riders for the next two seasons. Kolkata Knight Riders got Marchant de Lange at the cost of $50,000.

In an Auction at Bangalore, Kolkata Knight Riders successfully won the bid at $50,000. Marchant de Lange is a cricketer from South Africa who will fill role of Bowler in Kolkata Knight Riders.

Earlier, Marchant de Lange was up for sale at base price of $50,000. Since, Marchant de Lange found no other bidder; he will play for KKR in IPL 2012 season.
